500 Blanket Distribution To Homeless People completed successfully
"Imagine being homeless in the middle of winter, with no basic necessities to help keep warm. And if that's a Blanket, the only need to survive that night..."
We collected 500 blankets with the help& support of many generous donors. In a couple of days, we've reached our target of collecting blankets.
And on 17, December, we started our drive from Goud Hostel, Himayatnagar. Then all our volunteers split into four groups to start blanket donation drive. Dilsukhnagar, KPHB , ECIL, Filmnagar ... area wise distribution of blankets went on till 4.30 AM.
Also at Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park ' Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu Movie' director E Sathi Babu and actor Naveen Chandran, @Jabardasth fame Rashmi Gautam and Khairtabad MLA Chintala Ramachandra Reddy garu joined the drive for the good cause.
Each of us had a different experience. And that joy in the faces of poor made us to feel like 'Sharing is JOY'.
