A True Story of Shiva

  A story about shiva who is well educated but life took u turn he is in this condition from last 7years

On October 3’rd, we were travelling to a team member’s village to Peddapur to celebrate Dasara which is 70KM away from Hyderabad. As we entered the village; we saw a long-bearded, grimy-looking, lost and an irritable man begging for food. Instead of ignoring, detaching or brash-him away; we offered him food. In kindness, we sat with him to ask few questions. In the meantime, the villagers informed us he is well educated but has gotten unstable over the 7 years.

JOSH didn’t lose hope. He couldn’t speak but could write and understand written words. So, we wrote to him on a paper and he responded positively. We often underestimate the magic of words. Those simple words truly saved Shiva’s life. We offered a food, hair-cut, a bath and new cloths to him and he gladly accepted all. A transformation to the body a soul in works.
We could not believe our eyes to see the real Shiva. He is just like you and me. He is you and me. A simple act of generosity revived a life. We didn’t care to which GOD he believes nor interested in knowing his caste. He is all-human as you and me. We will make every effort to help him further, just like we help our families and friends.
